MEET DR. JULIAN LEMKE
Dr. Julian Lemke, PT, DPT, OCS, Cert. MBR-L3 earned his Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Quinnipiac University in 2016. He went on to complete advanced training in manual therapy, achieving certification in the Mulligan Concept in 2018, and became a Board-Certified Orthopedic Clinical Specialist in 2020. He is also certified in therapeutic dry needling and brings over 10 years of experience working in outpatient clinics throughout Central Texas.
Dr. Lemke has experience treating patients of all ages—from infants to seniors—and takes pride in tailoring his care to each individual. He helps older adults manage age-related conditions that affect mobility and comfort, and works with younger patients and athletes to recover from injuries and return to the activities they love.
What sets Dr. Lemke apart is his unique, patient-centered approach and focused expertise. He specializes in understanding, diagnosing, and resolving sacroiliac (SI) joint dysfunction—an area of the body that can be complex and challenging to treat effectively. Dr. Lemke also has a comprehensive, multi-modal approach to posture correction and alignment, particularly for chronic neck and shoulder issues, helping patients address the underlying causes rather than just the symptoms.

Dry Needling
Dry needling is offered as an add-on service to a manual therapy appointment. It involves inserting thin, sterile needles into trigger points—tight bands of muscle that can cause pain and limit movement. This targeted technique helps release tension, improve blood flow, and reduce discomfort, often providing immediate relief. Treatments are personalized and typically combined with exercise or manual therapy to restore proper muscle function and prevent recurrence. Dry needling can be effective for a variety of musculoskeletal conditions, including shoulder, neck, and back pain, tendinitis, and muscle strains.
